  • Where is the store based?

    Austin, TX

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, with the unfortunate exception of the EU (see GPSR laws).

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and your proximity to Austin. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • How will my items be packaged?

    Items will ship in either a padded bubble mailer or a small box, depending on the order. Orders that include comics and/or zines will include a chipboard insert to protect from bending damage. Please let me know if any of your items arrive damaged despite these safeguards.

  • How will my items be shipped?

    Domestic (USA only) orders will ship via USPS with tracking. The service for international orders will vary. I do not use UPS or FedEx, which have a history of tacking on surprise handling fees for international customers. However, this means that international orders may or may not include up-to-date tracking.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    I typically go to the post office every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you place an order on a Monday, chances are it will go out on a Wednesday. In some cases I may miss a day due to unexpected life events.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
